Mandatory cleaning (500 baht) is 2 times per week. This service includes change of bed linen and towels. It is charged at end of stay and deducted from the deposit.

Electricity and water are charged at end of lease and deducted from the deposit. Electricity is charged at Baht 6 kw, water at 60 Baht per m³ .
For rentals longer than one month expenses are payable at the end of each month and last month's rent, it will be deducted from the deposit.

Amount of deposit : 4000 baht for 1 week , 10,000 baht for 1 month.
